Default Convert top cover

Anyone have any experience with these? Are they easy and quick off and on or is a guy better off just not carryin one. Does it take up too much trunk space so golf clubs wont fit?

Do you mean the boot for when the top is down? The big grey 3 piece in the leather bag? If so, it only takes a minute to put on or take off. It's shape is just the right size to fit it vertically and have half your trunk useable.
I usually keep mine in the garage if I don't plan on using it. If it's gonna be a nice day and I might have the top down I just toss it in the trunk and go.
It really cleans up the lines of the car though if you want to it to look good for a show or something.

I always keep mine in the garage too. It does take up too much space to constantly keep it in the car especially if you want to tote golf clubs. I always take it on nice days though and if the top needs to be put up for some reason, and the trunk is full, it will all fit in the back seat area. It does look great on the car for a really smooth look plus it keeps all the leaves or anything else from blowing into the compartment.

Both these guys are right.

Leave it in the garage for more trunk space, and so that it doesn't get damaged. It's not difficult to put on, and it looks really good.

I daily drive my convertible now. The top stays down 29 days out of the month so the cover is always on. If I know the top is going to go up and trunk space is needed then I leave the cover in the garage.

On a couple occasions, I had to put the top up while carrying passengers and their packages. I've got a sub box in the trunk/package tray. Space gets real tight real quick trying to store the cover.

Luckily my car sleeps in my garage and spends its day in a secure parking structure. Usually I leave the top down while shopping or visiting friends. If its a bad neighborhood (rare) then top up or I drive the beater.
