I'm an F--body guy, I've owned 9 of them. I have also owned a few verts namely some British sports cars and Jeep and a Mustang GT. When I got my 98 Z28 A4 I always said the only thing that would make it perfect is if it was a vert and had a 6-spd and hopefully red. As fate would have it I finally got my vert, an 02 T/A triple black with my 6-spd. Its not a Camaro and its not red but it does it for me.

i got a 98 vert z28 with a m6 i bought from the original owner. straight bone stock about a year ago. it had 160k on it but it was unmolested. it is a totally different car now as it is now a triple black ss with black 20s. u can see on my profile my mod list as it is too much to list now. anyways, i bought a 99 slp roller and did the front end and spoiler swap so my ss parts are oem. I then swapped the motor with a 02 motor that came out of my cousins car as he did a ls2 swap. then i found a wrecked 01 vert for 1200 bucks and took the black interior. the only thing i have 98-99 is the wheel and the dash. to much bs changing that. Anyways, i just put in a built tranny I love the car and actually will be selling it in a few months. if anyone wants to give me their email, i will send some pics as i dont know how to post them. i would appreciate it.

2002 MRM, six-speed, 1 of nine.
Back in 2002, it was cheaper than a WS6 coupe I was looking at. I actually didn't like the car all that much at first. Then, I became grateful I had it. With the front plate on, it looks 100% stock.

Just bought my wife's 2001 SOM M6 convertible SS about a month ago, with 46k on the clock. She's in love with it, and it keeps her from asking to drive my 2001 Onyx Black M6 T-top SS now. It's nice however, to choose between just how much sun or stars that we want to see.
I prefer my T-tops, but her color.

My first LS1
Sorry to revive the thread again, but I can't help it.
Bought my first LS1 car this week, a 1998 Camaro SS. Vert, 6 speed, in red.
1 of 144 made for the year in that combination. Super clean, bone stock. I can post up some pics if anyone is still here.

And YES, please post pics. I came *this* close to buying a 1 of 21 NBM M6 '98 SS 'vert that year, ended up getting a better deal on my not quite as rare, but fully-optioned M6 WS6 in '9/98. That NBM '98 SS was still sitting on the lot w/ a bunch of '99s the next spring.

Actually, Comp Nine's records indicate only 58 Bright Red (81U) M6 '98 SS 'verts were built. Check the links in my sig for the breakdowns.

Tried to post pics before I left for work. Said I had to wait for admin approval. Probably because I am a new member.
