Today my top starting acting up by stopping halfway going down/up. I read the sticky about adding mineral oil to the pump. So I checked the fluid level in the pump and it was only half way full. The sticky said to add fluid and cycle the pump up and down a few time to get the air out and then top off the fluid. So my question is were do I top it off? At the upermost line on the pump or at the brim right below the fill hole? Thanks
