The screen arrived Thursday, and I installed it this morning. There are 4 straps to secure the windscreen. 2 straps clamp to the seatbelt anchors in the rear seat, and the other 2 straps connect to the bottom of the plastic side panel. There is a quick release on the straps should you want to remove it. 4 metal plates hold it in place over the rear seat. Fits well, and instalation was ~5 minutes. Comes with a handy storage bag. I can post pictures if anyone is interested.

My Wind Deflector arrived today and I had my camera person do a lengthy documentary of the install "process." You can find the video at . It's my first video, so be kind.

Thanks for posting, I am glad someone came out with these for our cars again but I am sorry to say I like the original style better, it never had all of those straps and it went all the way to the back seat where the seat belts come down, worked the same just looked cleaner, my OCD ya know, but those are long gone so this is our only choice now. PS: these are on ebay and amazon now.

Well to my shock about a week ago a long time fbody friend with a 4th gen camaro vert texted me to say he was selling his original Windstop brand windscreen and wanted to know if I was interested, Needless to say, It arrived today, the original is so nice I am glad I finally found one again. I think this is my 3rd time having one of this brand. And I wont be selling this one unless it goes with my car.

Congratulations, I am still hoping someone will make a lexan style one. 6LITEREATER kept promising but obviously he is FOS (full of ****). Windrefector in Dallas agreed to take a look but there was nobody near Dallas at the time. Anybody around Dallas?

I was an hour outside of dallas sunday but it was 28 degrees and sleeting there, plus I didnt have this with me at the time, lexan would be neat BUT it would catch a LOT of wind and IMHO would have to either be thick OR framed to hold up to to the wind buffeting. 5th gens are much smaller.
