There is a 4th gen at a junkyard here in Phoenix. I have never seen that center part. What is that? But if you are looking for the cover on that passenger side arm, maybe I can go pull that for you. The whole top was intact when I went there to go get a few plastics.

I'm not sure what its called, but it does have a part number; not sure what it does, but I'm guessing that it protects your headliner. Those I've talked to, that's had one, always pulled it and trashed it. Seems like I'm the only one that wants one, lol...
