hi i own a 1995 firebird convertible and a piece broke when i was putting the top up.. i would like to know the name of this part and where i can get a replacement part for it can anyone tell me the name of this part
Your part appears to be bent. This appears to be a "bow link" (not sure if it is item 9 or 11 in the diagram below):

Unfortunately, having been out of production for over 20 years, I seriously doubt you can find these for sale. Best bet is to scrounge bone-yards. If you find a 'vert frame, I'd snag the whole thing for other parts you might need in the future.
