LOL, I appreciate your enthusiasm for the f-bods. However, the furniture wasn't mine to dispose of. But between relocating some items my wife wanted to keep around the house and dumping the rest on CL, the area is now clear and the T/A will be hitting the road tomorrow. The 300C repairs took less than a week, and as a bonus I was able to much more easily replace the bad AC compressor while I was in there and get that going too. Since my daughter drives it, I don't trust shop mechanics to work on it. Regardless of how much my lift may have cost 18 years ago, its still very satisfying to save ~$2000 in labor charges (roughly the cost of the lift.......or in more present terms, it'll more than pay for my disc brake conversion parts for my Cutlass). Besides, its not like I don't have any other fun car to drive in the meantime.
