duals/long tubes obnoxious in vert?
anyone have this setup on a daily driver? i would definately do this setup if i had a hardtop but my top is down 9 months out of the year. there are a few people around here with x-pipes; they sound awesome but i'm thinking it would get annoying after a while.

It sounds real good with the top down. Top up = rattles from the top and more of a low tone constant inside. Just put mine on and yes they are obnoxious. So much that i am thinking of getting a cusom muffler set up made to pass emissions and to give me a break sometimes.

My friend drives his camaro vert and has LT's and true duals (run all the way back) and i've never been bothered by it. I honestly dont really notice it and with the top down eitehr. But then again ive had 6 verts (all with extremely loud exhausts, so maybe i am used to it.)

It's a sure fire way to stop people from tailgating you!
For the last month, i havn't wanted to turn my radio on and i don't even bother answering my cell. With the top down it's fine, you hear your car over all the other traffic (fart cans are drowned out with ease), but with the top up i hear a lot more rattles than i knew i had before. Is it obnoxious? Yep.
