has this happend to you? picture this you get off work expecting to see your baby sitting perfect just how you left her but no some dickless wonder has violatied her in some unatual way
well yeah i have been in that situatuion 4 times since i picked up my t/a about 7 months ago i'll just go through the list of crap
2 weeks after purchase-suv or large truck backed over my front bumper
1 month after-girl backs into it while im at work and takes off
4 months after-someone walking by decided my top looked more like an ash tray and put thier ciggarette out on my roof
3 days ago-this one isnt that bad because a friend acctually did it and came up to me about it right afterwards
god i hate luck somtimes
BTW-the story isnt that awful considering the car does run extremly well and has out ran her fair share of ws6's

though you have the right attitude about it, it does suck when you find the next one!!!
Sine ive had my car, aabout five years now, i have had it messed with more than i can count. HAve had people try to break in and mess wiht the top. People have hit me from all and i mean ALL angles. Got a new pain job about a year ago and guess wat, green scratch on the front right and white on teh front left.....my new color is charcoal pearl!! Also, on halloween i get egged, with the top down. the egg hit my door, about half a foot lower than my face....there was egg crap everywhere!!
The lastest is, some pack of jockey's rammed a shopping cart in thr right rear quarter panel!! Not just a small dent. I would say about two, two 1/2 inches deep and about 10 inches tall!!! YEap, a shopping cart. I know because they left it behind for evidence and there was some of my paint on the front of the cart...
unfortunately, this is the kind of world we live in and there is no way you can be aware of your ride 24/7....
i seem to take it ok but after the initial curse session, the steam resides and im back to normal...
dont let it get to you to much, they will get wats coming to them...

That sucks. I had an H2 back into my SS not too long after I got it. Paint and a QP later its supposedly good as new. Don't feel too bad my friends parent 67 GT350 had a freshly lit cigarette set on the quater panel and now has a 5" burn through the very original paint. So just remember somebody else ALWAYS has it worse than you.
I feel your pain man. When I used to live in my apartment some kids (or at least I hope it was kids) decided to use my top as a trampoline. They caved in the whole top of it. I bent it back as good as I could but it still doesn't look right. Also I've noticed that it doesn't seal as good as it used to now that the bars are bent. I wish I would have caught the bastards that did it. I guess it's ok though cause as soon as I get my car paid off it's getting a new top and a good paint job.

these are sum bad stories, especially the ash tray, and the cig burn on the 67, it sucks that people treat stuff that isnt theres that why, but as much as I dont like driving my geo beater everyday, these stories are exactly why i do
