Soo, what's the professionally preferred method of cleaning a white top?

I need a new top very soon, back is starting to seperate at the glass and where the back meets the top, and was quoted a price of $1200 to have it replaced.

to do the whole top at once?
You have to take the whole top to get to the rear glass so you might as well do it all, once you get that far there is no since in spending an extra 10 mins to take the whole thing off.

Just for the top and rear glass no installation I can get them for under 300 shipped.
Since i dont have an install guide yet 
Is there anything else I would need? I assume the cables and the elastic would also need to be replaced. My headliner is in great shape if it is possible to use it again.

All that needs replaced is the top and back glass, that is unless your cables or anything else is rusted up and i doubt they are in bad shape.

does anyone have a used tonneau speedster cover with the blisters or know someone that has one for sale. i hate to buy a new one if i don't have to. i know you can buy them from rk sport and dg motorsports, but looking for a better deal.

Hey Dustin, is that $300 for the top/glass the same price for any color top? I may be replacing my black top this winter.
Also, how long did it take you to replace just the top (no mechanicals)?

Yes $300, glass and top included, thats the glass with defrost and the OEM replacement top. It takes me about 12+ hours to do it myself. I like to spend extra time tweaking it though, so maybe 16 hours for perfection. Spend a weekend doing it, split it up and that will make it easier and less hassle.
