Which Hood
Formula's have the same hood as base. So the only answer here is Ram air. LT1 pontiacs look very nice with the original Ram air hoods.

you're going to be basically paying for looks if that's what you want then def go with it. The general concensus seems to be that ramair doesn't benefit a whole lot over a cai. With that in mind you could probably after fit/prep/paint buy a cai/full exhaust or rims or lower the car. It depends on your purpose for buying it, but I think the regular hood style looks fine.
