Default What should I do next?

Wondering what I should do next for my vert? Performance wise that is. I am looking to spend about 1-2 grand. Any suggestions?

Current mods:
- Flowmasters, 30lb fuel injectors, SLP cold air, SLP MAF

1-2 grand is pretty vague, you also don't have your goals listed there either... So I'm just going to assume 2k and tell you what I would do Assuming by performance you mean horsepower only. Also that you do most of the work yourself.....

1- Replace Flowmaster with Dynomax ultraflow approx $160 installed.
2 - Buy a low mile used Yank or Vig 3200-3500 converter from a TRUSTED board member for about $350
3- B & M tranny cooler from summit $55
4- Edelbrock headers $550.00
6- ASP Pulley and belts 240
7- Era ported TB - 85 shipped
8 - Tuning $150-450.00 (will go with 150 for mail order tunes mods are pretty simple)
9- Nitto DR's- 300

You'd have some change left over, a solid performer, but more importantly a setup for the next step which is heads and cam.

But that list would really change your car performance wise. If it were me and 2k I'd go hood, wheels and tires first because that would make your bird look nasty and the 17's just feel better then the 16's.

Also I'd probably try and sell the SLP MAF and use that towards the fund.

JMHO You could go verter and nitrous and have more umph but only when the bottle is open

Im not looking for a drag car type performance, just a quick street car. Something to make it run good, quick, easy, and fast... kinda like my ex-girlfriend, oh wait... damn.

Then I stand by my recommendations An Ls6 manifold would be nice too, easy to install and good gains...

i say sell the maf...it doesn't do much from what i hear...then get a torque converter, gears, and change your exhaust ( flowmaster doesn't flow well) and get some headers and an LS6 intake..that will make your car pretty quick..or you could just go hardcore and get Nitrous or a cam

Yeah you know a cheatr cam with stock manifolds at first would be pretty nice. You could get a verter and the cam setup with your budget and add the rest later....
