If I can't sell it as is I will put it back to stock and sell. If anyone is seriously interested I could also leave some of the aftermarket parts on the car.

You should have no trouble selling it for $20,000 stock. They sell all the time at that price and even higher on ebay when one of those ultra-low examples come up for bid. Mods scare many people and limit your target buyers. You are in a win-win situation by getting $20,000 for your stock car and selling the parts for more money. Good luck!
