Default taking care of a rag top

what would be the best things and best ways to keep my top looking new?
i car is garaged kept but i would like some products that some of you use and have good luck with. thanks

everytime i wash my top i use 303 rag top cleaner which i bought at a upholstry shop.

once a year i put 303 rag top sealer. it is like scotch stuff for tops.

i lint roll it when i am done.
