rear upper shock mount was getting ready to change out my rear shocks, LS-1 how to website is down, where are the upper shock mounts and how do you get to them

Flip down rear seat
there are notches on the right and left, a little above mid way on each side of the carpet..
they look like this

cut/open them and the upper mount is behind them.
