Seal on rear window

Seal on rear window I have 97 cam. vert. The seal on the bottom of the rear window has come loose. Doesn't look like there was any adhesive used at factory. Could be wrong. Looks like it may have been heat pressed in some way to seal it. Any suggestions on how to fix. Also, probably have to loosen top in some way to relieve tension. Should I use epoxy or what. If I can't fix it, any place to take it other than dealer?
Do a search on this topic. I used black silicone. others have used construction adhesive or urethane windshield adhesive.
I did mine by disconnecting the front of the top to loosen it, put the black silicon on and used wood to keep the class and the top connected while it cured. Has held up for over a year now.
