Default New Best....

Well, I fell short of hitting my goal of getting into the 10's, barely.

Best pass was my first and the track was getting worse as the day progressed. Gained 3 mph in the 1/8 and 4 mph in the 1/4 while chopping 3 tenths off my best time. I was having issues of the car starting in 2nd on two of my runs (during the burn out the car shifted the into 2nd). Once I figured that out, the track was just getting slippery. I completely blew the tires off on my last pass and ran an 11.2

I'm a little disappointed by not getting into the 10's, but I had a blast beating up on some Mustangs and Imports today AND the best part is I didn't break.

Not bad for driving the car 1 hour and 20 minutes each way.

Nice. With a little more work, 10s should not be a problem

Kooks 1 3/4'' headers

I'm a little disappointed I didn't get into the 10's, but the track was not hooking very well for me.... Next time.

Honestly, I'm not sure... I don't want to ask and then get hassled about it.

Damn nice, I run a 112 in my V but slippage issues made me ditch the 2.6" and now run with a 2.8" which does not get me more than 6psi. Are you running 8-rib or does the GY Gatorback hold well enough?

Look into rear-pulley swap. Magnuson did mine for me when they re-built the unit as a favor for my tuner---thanks Johan. Made a big difference with the TQ, not so much in HP gains.

Very nice to see a Maggie putting down great numbers at the strip, as many do not appreciate it vs. ProChargers, I agree with the max HP arguement, but also think that at 8-9psi it is a blast!!!

I'm not getting any belt slip at all.... and this is all the HP that I really want right now in fear of the longevity of the A6. Once someone has a REAL fix to the tranny and I see some reviews of RPM's work with the A6 will I feel comfortable pushing it. Then I have the motor to worry about, SO.... It will save me a lot of $$$ if I just sit here for awhile...LOL!

Next step will be an overdrive pulley and an 8 rib. I'm really happy with the setup and wanted something different than everyone else. A lot of people talk **** about Maggie's and that is fine. To each their own.... I've had a procharged C5 (then 408) and a procharged CTS-V and enjoyed them, but like low end torque for the street.
