But an '03 C5 LS1 6 speed is probably capable of running 12.5s@112+ bone stock with a great driver at the right track in good air.

It depends on the track, around here most Vettes run high 13s to mid 14s. Mine ran 13.6 with a Blackwing and Predator. I have seen them run high 14s here in West Texas.

A4 with 2.73 gears my bone stock with runflats and paper filter went 13.65 @ 102.
Just adding drag radials and intake would get you under the 13.0 mark. It would be nearly impossible to get a stock stock with runflats and 2.73's into the 12's with even john force driving
