???trans and rearend fluid measurements???

???trans and rearend fluid measurements??? does anyone know this ????so i can pour in the right amount ...and stop waisting it ....i usually fill the rearend up till it starts coming out of the fill hole, same with the tranny but i would like to know the exact measurement..... 
since i have to pull the rear end again .... 
also what kind of oils do you use???????not a poll just a question???....
