Gen 4 T/A wheels on a C5?

Somewhat odd question but I figure you guys would have the answer...
Starting to look around for a C5 and I still have a set of 16" snow tires sitting in my garage from my 98 Trans Am. Would there be any problem using these with the 'vette? I'm not familiar with the bolt pattern, spacing, etc. since this will be my first vette purchase.
Odds are I won't be using these a whole lot because I tend to mostly work from home in the winters, but Chicago weather blows so you never know...

You'll have to bang down the upper ball joint out back and grind off some of the upper control arm for clearance if you want to run them. I did it for the track and it's a slow process since you don't want to remove too much.
I'm not so sure the 16"s will clear the front calipers though but I've never tried it.
