Driver's seat started blowing fuses today. WTF?

Driver's seat started blowing fuses today. WTF? I slid it all the way forward to vaccuum and it just stopped. So I check fuse and it's blown. Twice I tried to insert a new fuse and the ****** blows instantly.
Where should I start? I'm thinking about just removing the seat and checking the connetions. Seat was recently recovered and had to be removed so I'm wondering if when re-installed, a wire might be close to the mechanics of the seat and just got shorted by moving the seat all the way forward.
Any other ideas? This ******* car is driving me nuts.
