corvette exhaust ?

my buddy has an 04 Z06 and he removed his exhaust from the axle back. When he re-installed the exhaust he pushed the both of the bolts up through the hole and the bolt is now rolling around inside, my question is has anyone gotten the bolts out from the chassis where it mounts to? We can't get our hands in there because of the foam bumper reinforcement. Any help would be appreciated

you should buy a pen magnet at your local autozone etc that may help get it out. Good luck

lol thanks, we can see it in the little hole but its going to be hard to manuever it out

I used a 1" hole saw and drilled a hole for removal and also to aid in reinstall. When everything is bolted back up you would never know. Also made the car a little lighter. LOL
