auto conversion question
auto conversion question looking to see if any of you guys have swapped from 6 speed to 4l60 in a z06? im looking to do it to mine and wanted to see how much modification is needed to get the job done and about how much it will cost!
Here is my 08 Z with the auto. It was a personal preference that i dont regret thou i would like a black Z with a manual in the future. I had RPM transmission do the work on the car and recommend them highly. The transmission is a 4l65e set up to hold around 650rwhp.
RPM Transmission has all the parts you'll need to do it yourself. Not sure what kind of power you're making ? If you're going for big power than a 4L80 will be needed and that requires some major work.
