I got my long tubes from Texas-speed.com I believe they are a sponsor here. No problems with my tsp lt's either

But if u want better quality go with American racing, Lg long tubes, and off course the Kooks long tubes are good too. All these are more expensive than the tsp's as well

ok cool i will look into it, i just raced this vette with my SS and the mods in my sig and only beat the vette by a car very close race, from a 1st gear roll, damn those vettes move lol

Hey I just picked up a 99 vette myself! I plan on getting TSP long tubes and a torquer V2 cam. I cant believe how crappy the seats and stock shifter are. Pretty embarrassing for a 50k car new. Still a much better car than an Fbody though.

Some other really important and relatively cheap drivetrain mods you should do immediately is an ECS brace and a C6 Z06 Driver Side output shaft. You can pick up the shaft with this item code. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...-z06-guts.html These will eliminate wheel hop and streathen the weakest link in the car.

how come just the drivers side needs to be replaced, and wut does the brace do?

Drivers side is the weakest link in a corvette drivetrain. It can snap after minor upgrades and some traction. The passanger side withstands much more power and abuse before breaking. An ECS brace helps eliminate wheel hop, the mortal enemy of a Corvette drivetrain. Wheel hop grenades the differential, shafts and other powertrain stuff. Also here are some Pfadt parts that look important for the drivetrain. Pfadt is top quality stuff. http://www.pfadtracing.com/catalog/i...hp/cPath/23_30

Does anyone know if you can install an ECS brace and Pfadt Transmission Brace at the same time?

Yes, The ECS brace is mounted on the sides of the trans & rear.

The Pfadt brace mounts under the rear.
