DiscountTireDirect. They always seem to have the best prices I can find. If you don't see them online, give them a call or email them. Their customer service is excellent.
I had them on order from Discount Tire. Called them after a week to see if they were in and they told me it would be 5 weeks. Guess I should have asked how long before ordering but normally I've gotten tires from them in two days or less. And I guess I should have known something was wrong when a week went by without a call. I have since found them cheaper at another dealer but they don't have them in stock either so 6 weeks from them. I did call Tire Rack but about $50 higher. I may have to go another direction with tires.
