C6 z06
Now I have an RPM Stage III rear end in it with ZR1 spider gears.
Be sure to read up in the C6Z section about the valve guides. When you have it apart, it would be best to take some preventative measures and have the heads redone.
Side note, have you ever driven one? They are scary fast in stock form if you're coming straight from an F-body. And the 562rwhp/510rwtq I have now is pretty much worthless in first and second gear because I can't get it to the pavement.
Hell, my Trans Am had Eibach springs, welded and cross-braced subframes, Bilstein shocks, strut tower brace, torque arm, adjustable panhard rod, performance control arms, etc., etc., in order to improve the handling. And as soon as I drove my mother-in-law's bone stock 2001 Corvette coupe, I realized I was wasting my time with the wrong car. I sold the Trans Am that same year and bought the C5Z and have never looked back.
Good luck.
