Check out SacCityCorvettes version of the Big 3! Hi Everyone!
We have put together a Big 3 kit for you that is easy to install!
With all of the high-tech electronics that have been incorporated into your C5 Corvette, not to mention additional aftermarket electronics and stereo systems, it can take a toll on the factory charging systems ability to keep up. Especially if, over time, connections have become corroded.
Installing a BIG 3 upgrade can be very beneficial as many on the Corvette forum will tell you. SacCityCorvette has developed a BIG 3 installation kit for the C5 Corvette. It is made from all high quality materials and designed so it will not look like an aftermarket universal kit. For safety it has a 100 amp heavy duty fuse, uses automotive grade 4 gauge wire. (not the type car stereo shops use) The positive wires have a High-Strength Slit Corrugated Sleeving just like the factory wiring over them for additional protection and a factory look. All connections are hydraulically crimped and come with all the hardware needed to do the install. The installation takes about thirty minutes with simple hand tools. Also see the Installation video below. Update: If you have an issue with your lights dimming when you turn on other power accessories, several people have reported that our Big 3 has fixed that.
