Default C5 cam help

2000 C5, LS1
Mods, Long tubes, vararam, 3.42 with 2800 stall, tuning
\Question I want to change cams, which is the best for performance and
streetability, you know good idle and dependable, want to get it
right the firs time if I can. All help appreciated. Larry

I have the 224 cam from thunder racing so i agree with pdd. Idles well,very driveable and I have the M6. Youll need to get it tuned. Only problem is I wish i had gone bigger.

228/114* is a very popular cam that tunes nicely and should match up correctly to your gears and converter....as with any cam just make sure you have access to good tuning.
