C5Z vs C5 Vert
C5Z vs C5 Vert Hey all...
I want to buy a car that is a good all around platform to 'build'..
Looking to do heads, cam, intake, everything... or possibly a CSC build.. regardless, I will be doing full suspension, engine, etc.
I want a C5 because my dad used to have one and I have some good memories in it, price isn't really a big deal and retaining the value isn't either.
That being said, my dad had a vert and something about a fast vert is just fun to me, but a Z06 comes with a quite a bit more decent starting platform and some miscellaneous visual goodies.
I know the vert has more support underneath since it no longer has the hood, but other than that, is there any reason that I should sway to either side between the two if I'm planning to do a full build?
