Default Catalytic Converter Issue

I blew the engine on my 1990 Corvette. So I found a LS1 out of a 2001 Corvette for a good deal. The only problem I'm having is the 2001 engine didn't come with any exhaust manifolds or cats, I live in California and I'll need it to pass smog. So my question is... did the 2001 Corvettes come with two or four cats like they did in later years? I can get them, but I just don't have any diagrams or pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really don't know, but I'm pretty sure they don't have four. I'm moving you over to the Corvette forum where you're likely to get a knowledgeable answer.
