While it could be a simple coolant leak, like Patrick said, the amount here likely indicates something more serious. And how random is the three-wheeler in the shot? I remember riding them as a kid—squirrely suckers!

I guess if the motor did pop, that's a great excuse to add a built unit under the hood, ha ha!
