timing chain ( any suggestions)
oil pump ( stock or high psi/volume?)
rocker trunnion upgrade.
should I also do lifters? What type?
crank pulley? What brand?
i also have a set of green top injectors I need to have tested and cleaned ( they have been laying around a while)
what head gaskets? Everyone still using the Gm mls?
anything else I should get while it’s apart?
also what tb is everyone using?
For the timing chain, you can't go wrong with an LS2 chain. We have SME-143012 in our own brand.
For the oil pump, we would recommend a Melling MEL-10296 high volume pump. It comes with two springs. The red 70 psi spring comes installed. We would recommend taking that out and putting the blue 60 psi spring in. If you will be doing track days or autocross it would be a good idea to install Improved racing trap doors IRP-EGM-202 in the pan.
We offer both bearing and bushing style trunnion kits. The bearing kit is SME-143002 and the bushing kit is SUM-141560.
For lifters, we would recommend the LS7 lifters. We have them as a kit SUM-HTLSKIT with LS2 trays and bolts.
For the crank balancer/pulley we have our own brand SUM-C2501. This is SFI 18.1 rated. A new harmonic balancer bolt would be NAL-12557840.
We have the CMB-08-0060 head change kit with GM MLS head gaskets, head bolts, and exhaust gaskets.
For the throttle body, we have the FAST 92mm FST-54091. This comes with the TPS and IAC.
