I'm contemplating throwing a stand alone (or piggybacked) ECU into my C5 LS3 swapped track car and I'm wondering what options are available and "ease" of integration with the other components of the car/chassis (ABS, traction/stability control, gauges, etc etc etc).
It looks like Holley Terminator and Dominator are viable (and successfully integrated) options.
Haltech is another viable option that is pretty successful.
Has anyone done this with the GM "Connect and Cruise" ECU?

The C5's stability control tries to keep the car pointed straight ahead while you're trying to get it to rotate with trail-braking. Everyone just shuts them off, either permanently (race cars) or with each session (street cars at track days).
As for the integration questions, I'll defer to people with actual experience.
