New B Tuner Question

New B Tuner Question I am now the very proud owner of
I'm lovin' it.
It's my first ever GM car.. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.. and no answers.
Actually my first question is: The car is totally stock. I would like to have the PCM tweeked. Mostly I'm looking to flatten the A/F, get as much timing as I can, and adjust the shift points and TC lockup schedule (she seems to short shift 1-2, and I'd like the TC to lock up a bit more agressively right after the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts.
Are there any good tuners (not tooners) in the S. Florida area?? How about in Atlanta?? I'm driving up to Atlanta next week and would try to make arrangements for a Friday 11/5 appointment.
