Some of the things the '02 has that '01 doesn't: bigger air box opening, no maf screen, no pup cats (2 cats instead of 4), diff tuning, badging, lighter wheels but not as strong [(forged vs cast)(allthough some early '02's had the '01 wheels, mine does)], I think cam is more radical (?), and there is more but I can't remember right now.
The question was more/less about the badging, not the differences between the two cars. If you wanna know the difference between the two (outside of pretty much has already been stated) i'd use the search function, or hitup some other forums like z06vette, corvetteforum or corvetteactioncenter.
