Question Patriot Performance Products?

What kind of experience has the people in this forum has had with Patriot Performance Products, i.e. heads, stainless steel valves, gold springs, cams etc... The reason is that I would like to do an engine build up and they seem to have very low prices. So...any reason behind those low prices??? Thanks in advance for your replies...

I have the Patriot 5.3's on my car. They made great power on my car. I gained almost 45 rwhp with just thos alone. Try doing a search on it. You'll find alot of feedback on this.

I have the springs "gold duals'" I haven't installed them yet, but I did do alot fo research before I bought them and they stacked up to the 921's equally as far as performance and reliability. Don't know about the heads but the price sure seems right! Let us know if you install them...

Question

Thank you guys I really appreciate your feed back. See, I own a 99 Z28 and right after I bought it a year and a half ago I started to buy equipment for it. I bought the HOT cam kit with the 2001 ZO6 springs, (soon after I got better springs due to the max valve lift i wanted),1.85 stainless steel roller rockers, TIT valve spring retainers, chrome molly push rods, double roller timing chain, blue printed and ported oil pump, 373 gears, K&N filter and LS1 lid and all the gaskets and new crank bolt. I did the old ram air trick under the air filter box and the throtle body coolant by pass. Also the MAF resistor and the Corsa Cat back. Deep inside I always wanted to own a Vette, but I did not know what to do since I was already on my way to fix the Z28 up. I do not know what happened, I don't know if I was starting to go through my middle life crisis at 44 years of age...but all of the sudden I went to Dallas Texas last summer and brought me back a low mileage 2001 C5. Now I am in a dilema, because I already bought some stuff and as I kept reading through different forums, there is so much new stuff that keeps coming up for the LS1 that I do not know if I should fix the Z as I planned before or sell it and work on the vette. That is the reason why I am seeking feed back and advise. What do you guys think???

I've got a set of 5.3 stage II, complete with gold springs and titanium retainers. Been running them with mild cam, absolutly no problems. Think they have all the bugs worked out. They also came with new bolts and gaskets. Contact Gunner.
