It's still a small block, so I would think so. Getting it tuned may be another story.

I agree. You're probably going to have to move some stuff around in order to accomidate the dry sump aswell, but you can fit an LS1 derived 427 into a C5, and I doubt the LS7 is that much taller, wider and longer so Im sure it'll fit.
