wierd problem
wierd problem Go out to start car (97 corvette) Trun key the heads up says low fuel gauge is on empty even though theres half a tank. And then it says reduced engine power abs light goes off turns over but wont fire. Anyone have anything like this happen before? Possible bad pump? Any ideas?

Sucks Doesn't it?? This is one of Gm's wonderful gremlin's. Kinda like the frickin column lock deal. My car has done this about 3 times since I've owned it. Wait till it does it to you when your going down the freeway !!!! Excuse I got from the dealer was that it's a "temporary" loss of communication or "confusion" between on board computers?? Not sure if this is B.S or not but I think GM should stand up and take care of their customers on this, specially when you pay so much for what's supposed to be their "flagship"
