Lots of wind,dust but NO rain!!! 2000 A4 with blackwing, corsa indys and 3.42 gears and hardened shaft installed June of last year - tuned at this time because of the gear installation. Dyno: 304rwhp at that time
April 2005: Professionally installed Kooks headers -1 3/4" through high flow cats/xpipe into 3". Power increase:ZERO!!!! No change: Dynoed by same person on same machine.
May 2005: Took car to the strip. MAYBE dyno was off. 13.1/108 : The same as last year on this track. At another track (in cooler air): 12.81/110 last year before headers.
Was suggested that I got a bad set of pipes. OUCH!!!

I believe that you're supposed to get another dyno tune to see for the pipes. Is the tune you got a "lifetime" tune? If not, make sure that this one is. I don't see how the headers can be a bad batch. Just get everything checked out.
