Re: What makes a valve seize in the guide? (on multiple occasions) my guess would be a bad guide, *allways replace the guide if a valve bent,,, are these heads ported? If so,were bigger valves and new seats installed? check valve height and replace the valve spring. Id replace the lifter too <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

That was the first time.
Now while at MTI, it happened a second time.
MTI folks say the oil is getting to the top of the head...
This is getting old.
In the below picture, I had 4 sets of head bolts. My car now has created 2 more sets in the last month, and its getting REALLY OLD.
