Clutch Question...
I don't recall hearing anyone with the same symptoms you have. Is there play all the time? When the slave cylinder gets worn the pedal will stick to the floor after shifts during hard runs...
It's a good idea to check your clutch fluid level and condition and go from there. Hopefully it is the problem. If not, you'll need to look at the master cylinder and slave next.
How many miles? Does the clutch slip at all?
Thanks
Now to the question: I have noticed that the clutch in my car has a lot of play (about 2-3 inches) at the top before it actually engages, and it seems like the amount of play changes almost every time I drive the car...Has anyone else had a similar problems like this, and is there a way to adjust the amount of play at the top of the clutch?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

The car has 34000 miles on it, and no the clutch does not slip at all. I'll check the slave cylinder today to see how much fluid it has, and then I'll check the master cylinder. Thanks for your input.
Later,
Mike
