Re: price for turbo kits? Actually the kit is from Turbo Technology. Nick from ARE is doing the initial testing/ R&D. First couple of kits will be installed only for ~12K or so. After the bugs are out I think the kit will run about 7K for the parts. This is what I have gathered from what I have read on the net.

They aren't "kits" you have to have them install them.

Re: price for turbo kits? Ive got a question. How is it that there are 2 or 3 turbo kits out for the ls1 that work on the camaro and firebird and only cost 4 grand. Is there any way to modify these to work on a vette ls1? What are the differences that prevent us from using these kits instead of the ones they are developing that are going to be 7 g plus?

Re: price for turbo kits? I'm going to guess that the biggest problem (for single turbo) is that there is no place on the C5 to cross over between the exhaust manifolds, before the turbo.
