Is this a LS6 intake?

Is this a LS6 intake? I bought a "LS6" intake on ebay for my '99 vert. The bottom of the intake is flat. However, it is recessed from where the bottom of the surface that mates with the heads-forms a u-shaped tunnel about 3/8" (or so) deep channel. The part# is 12573572, which is a discontinued number that several dealers have told me they cannot trace back. As far as I know, LS6 intake numbers all begin with "888".
I have never seen an LS6 intake to know exactly what the bottom looks like. I wish I could post a pic that shows what mine looks like, but I don't have that capability.
Any help would be appreciated.

I also posted this in External Engine and got more confirmation including the part# <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />
In my reply in that section, I went into detail as to how this has been a nighmare of a transaction for both me and the seller <img border="0" alt="[bullshit]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bs.gif" />
