Default tach wire for rpm window switch

I need to know what wires you would need on a 1999 C5 for a tach or rpm window switch to work? I was told it was a couple of wires. Any help would be great. <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> If you could also help with the location along with what color wires. That would be even more help.

Under the passenger side fender. You need to take the front pass. wheel off to access it.
