PACE CAR EXHAUST
PACE CAR EXHAUST DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT TYPE OF EXHAUST IS SUPPOSE TO BE ON A 98 ORIGANAL PACE CAR. I HAS FACTORY NOW AND THE DEALER I LOOKING AT THE CAR AT SAID IT HAD A LOAD STRAIT PIPES ON IT HELP

Re: PACE CAR EXHAUST Corsa built the exhaust installed on the 98 Indy Pace Car. It may sound like straight pipes to some people, but its not. It's also a very popular aftermarket add-on.

Re: PACE CAR EXHAUST Hah, I have headers and no cats. I dont want to set my car and fire but its a bit too loud for me.
The Corsa Indy/Headers/No Cats combo still does not resonate on the highway, but recently I began doing a lot more in town driving, and the loudness is starting to bug me.
I'll be switching to the Z06 exhaust soon.

Re: PACE CAR EXHAUST If it don't have a CORSA Indy Pace then get one you will love it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> I installed it on my 99 coupe an gained 2.6tenths .I'ts quiet at idle and normal driving but put the Pedal to the Medal an unleash the BEAST.I get great compliments at the track every time I race it. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> The X-pipe makes it sound even better. <img border="0" alt="[boring]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_zzz.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[boring]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_zzz.gif" /> to <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

Re: PACE CAR EXHAUST To me the Corsa indy makes a C5 sound like a boat. No way in hell I'd ever put it on my C5 after hearing my friends. And once you get headers/offroad pipes its going to be so loud with the indy that you'll want to just set the car on fire and start over. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
