There was a guy on CorvetteActionCenter who got flames put onto his EBM Z06. Looked good. Im partial to stripes myself. Flames to me need to be on one thing...and thats old hot rods. But, if done right, they can be nice on newer things.

(Kellie, im sure you'll find this, and you need stripes, not flames, no matter what Scott says )

Those are not ghost flames, they are just plain ole orange flames and I agree that those types of flames go on the old hot rods. Are you familiar with Ghost flames. They are only visible in certain light and very understated.....like dark purple on black. I have seen lighter green flames on a BGM Coupe. Very cool.

Thanks everybody. This was a lot of work. The car started needing a few minor body adjustment and was transformed into one of dream come true projects. I fell everyone has a vision of what it is they like in a car so we do our best to accomplish this. The car was repaired and based in black, the 1st set of flames were put on the cleared. Second stage was a wet sanding the the second set, cleared again then sanded and buffed. The pics of me takeing pics are reflections. We also installed a cage w/removeable sides w/5pt harness' for driver and passanger. Look forward to the new pic post. Thanks again !

Well they are here (pics) and the car is in my shop with a cover on it....
IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!
Check here for shots at the Fisher Shop
Look at New Pics
New vette pictures

I am very Pleased with the car. It is better than it was when it was new!
Notice the flames when the sun hits them...It does the same thing in the night lights....as we came home tonight it would flash under the street lights on the tollway....All I have to do now is get my new tires on it and i am ready to go...
