Picking up a 99 M6 C5...Couple ?s

Looking at the TByrne Supermaxx + B&B exhaust deal. Will a C5 need a tune after I install this?

I will get the HPtuners and wideband setup later on but I'm just curious how bad opening the exhaust that much will hurt A/F ratio?

Coming over to the dark side Stu? My car has TPIS LT's, and the stock Ti exhaust. It hasn't been tuned. Car runs fine, but I'm sure tuning will pick it up some.
