My first Z06 ride and drive

My first Z06 ride and drive So this afternoon I am over at the chevy dealer my father works for and the owner pulls up in his new C6 Z06. He took delivery friday and this was the first day he drove it. He already has 150 miles on it today. Anyway, I get to talking with him and he says lets go for a little ride. I anxiously jump at the offer. I have never ridden in any Z06. Talk about the real deal!
All I have to say is OH MY F**KING GOD ! This car has some serious *****. I have never in my life felt a car pull this hard. 80 mph in 2nd, 130 mph in 3rd. This is insane! ANyway, we rode around for about 30 min and he says "would you like to drive it?" I like to **** my pants when he asked me that!!! Talk about scary but I loved it so much. I definately want one! Thios baby pulls all the way to 7000 rpm and is ready to go when you hit the nextgear. I only wish I had the bucks for one of these. I only got to drive for about 20 min but wow what a rush. He said for me to come back one afternoon with my video camera and we would go for a hell of a ride. I will take him up on that and share with everyone else. Anyway, talk about dissapointment when I got back in the Z28 to come home. Felt like I was driving a cavalier or something. Well I just thought I would share my story while I am still cleaning out my pants. Congrats to everyone whom already has one! LUCKY!!!!

99M6Z28, I felt the same way! I was able to drive a 2004 Z06, and felt the same way! My car felt like a neon! I have only seen 1 06 Z06 and that was on the Power tour this summer. I havent been able to see another one since... I really wish they werent so much $, but its still a great value!

he said it set him back 62000 but others are going for up to 75000. Oh wow I still cant get over the power of that beast. I am spoiled now since the first ever Z06 to drive has 500 HP. What am I gonna do now since I cant afford to get one?!?!? But yeah after mashing the gas on that ****** my Z28 felt like a turd! AWESOME CAR!! THANKS GM FOR FINALLY DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
