MTI or HORSEPOWER ENGINEERING Need Opinions Please, Both Mti And Hpe In Houston Tx Do A C5 Conversion A Z07 And Ahpe I Belive Calls Theres A Stinger Both Claim 550 Hp Or Better Both Start At 17995 Which Is Better In Experience With These Thanks
I'd have to highly recommend MTI man. I've driven one of their 427 Z07 packages numerous times,....car's are BADASS. The workmanship is awesome as well,...and thats coming from someone that works on cars for a living.

i have a H.P.E. 434 in my car and im happy as hell i made 565rwhp and the car gets 23 miles to the gallon..if you do a 427 package i think they are running a special on those this month and they are a lot lessthan 17,999.00..
