Thank god you didnt do it.I have driven all the f-bodys, GTO's, and corvettes. There is really no comparison between them.Corvette all the way. thats why I bought one 2 weeks ago.

My dad and I ot a deal on a new SLP longblock 402. We haev to wait for some parts to get in but it will be on its way soon.....I dont know what alla longblock comes with but I am trying tot ell soem friends its a shortblock so they think I have to save up for heads and all that. HAHA. then when they are paying attention to my car Im going to have it installed...I think its a good idea. I have a whole list of things I still need though.

OMG!! did you research that long block? I have read lots of horror stories about the slp 402 pistons in their long~short blocks. you know they dont warrantee their crate motors right?

I heard all the motors were warrantied for 12k miles or 12 months!!!! tahts what they told my father when we ordered it... I wanted to go shortblock but no money and I am telling people im getting a shortblock so keep i on the DL haha....
